Candidates who excel in this role bring a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a 2.1 classification or higher, in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. You should have 10 to 15 years of direct experience within the telecom ecosystem, including MVNO, MVNE, or MNO roles. Proven success in launching or scaling telecom operations combined with strong P&L management and stakeholder engagement skills is essential. An MBA, prior executive experience within MVNO/MNO environments, and familiarity with NCC regulatory frameworks are advantageous.
