• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Impersonate another person or company
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Content Guidelines

Job Postings

Employers must ensure job postings:

• Represent real, available positions
• Include accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Do not request payment or personal financial information from applicants

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

Salary Information

Salary data on Newsata is provided by users and should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of salary information and are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

Application Tracking

Our anti-ghosting tracker shows when employers view applications. This feature is provided for transparency but does not guarantee a response or interview.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or our platform
• Remain inactive for extended periods

Disclaimer of Warranties

Newsata is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or job seekers on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newsata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Newsata after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
