Waiter Vacancy at SRS Collection

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving meals promptly, and maintaining high service standards.

Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Greet guests and present menus Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
