Job Description

Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee end-to-end operations including admissions processing, customer support, partnerships, and platform performance. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure efficient workflows across departments to support rapid growth. Process & Performance Management Design and optimize operational processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track performance. Monitor service delivery to ensure high student satisfaction and compliance. Team & People Management Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and operations teams. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Technology & Platform Operations Work closely with the tech/product team to ensure the AI-powered platform supports operational needs. Oversee system efficiency, data integrity, and continuous platform improvement. Ensure smooth integration of automation and digital tools. Partnership & Stakeholder Management Support relationships with universities, colleges, embassies, and service providers. Ensure partner agreements are operationally executed and monitored. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to international education regulations and data protection standards. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain quality control and ethical standards across all operations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5–10 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in education, study abroad, EdTech, or tech-enabled services. Proven experience scaling operations in a fast-growing organization. Strong understanding of international education systems and student recruitment processes. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
