This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, located in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales process.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for growing market presence, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
3–7 years’ experience in sales/marketing within the medical field (diagnostic centers).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and achieving targets.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and exploit business opportunities.
Strong knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment..
Proficient in Excel to Prepare quotations.

Identify and target new clients, segments, and business opportunities.
Manage major accounts, negotiations, and contract renewals.
Conduct market research to track trends and support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with the diagnostic services and operational goals.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure prompt payment tracking, account reconciliation, and credit control.
Work with the company team to ensure timely product delivery.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
