Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calls
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize advertising revenue
Present, promote, and sell the radio station’s advertising products and services to prospective and existing clients
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and advertising contracts
Negotiate advertising rates and terms, and successfully close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify advertising trends, competitors, and client needs
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
Collaborate with the marketing, programming, and creative teams to improve sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or radio broadcasting
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
