Welcome customers as they enter the boutique
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and assist with requests
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell and up-sell products
Inform customers about new arrivals and special offers
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
The successful candidate must:
Have a B.Sc./HND/OND
2+ years in a similar retail business position
Be young, well-spoken, articulate & friendly
Have the ability to work in a team
Be healthy, fit & able to stand for hours on the shop floor.
