Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure efficient daily workflow and seamless processes.
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive production schedules that align with business priorities and critical deadlines.
• Ensure production goals, turnaround times, and service levels are consistently met and exceeded.
• Monitor workflow, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective measures to maintain optimal productivity.
• Maintain continuity of operations with minimal downtime or disruption to ensure a stable working environment.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate production staff to guarantee high levels of productivity and accountability.
• Assign tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and monitor daily team performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Conduct regular check-ins, provide coaching, and implement performance reviews to foster team development.
• Build a high-performance culture that emphasizes discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement for all team members.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new production team members as required.
• Ensure that all output meets recognized quality standards, specifications, and exceeds client expectations.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures across all stages of the production process.
• Address quality issues promptly and drive preventive solutions to enhance overall standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and safety standards within the production environment.
• Analyze workflows, productivity metrics, and production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Introduce systems, tools, and best practices that enhance output and minimize waste in production processes.
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, tools, and materials, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production function for sustained success.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for performance tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field is a valuable asset.
• Relevant hands-on experience may be considered as a substitute for formal education.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Production Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar position, is essential.
• Proven expertise in managing teams, optimizing workflows, adhering to deadlines, and achieving performance targets is required.
