Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners across designated regions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the beauty, haircare, and home textile sectors.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives and representatives to optimize performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences in the hair and carpet industries.
• Drive promotional initiatives, trade marketing campaigns, and enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive reports, and performance analyses.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective credit management practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to align supply with market demand.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events for networking and brand promotion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally in FMCG, beauty products, hair care, or consumer goods manufacturing
• Established track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and modern retail trade in Nigeria
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting software
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively within the region
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Preferred Skills: Previous experience in the hair extensions, beauty, or home textiles industry
• Existing network of distributors in the beauty or home improvement sectors
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and e-commerce platforms
• What We Offer: Competitive salary range: ₦3,000,000 – ₦6,000,000 per annum (based on experience) plus generous performance commissions and incentives
