Join Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria Limited as a Production Supervisor in Lagos, where you'll oversee the production of high-quality confectionery products. As part of a global leader in the industry, you'll ensure that production adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP) while maintaining safety and efficiency.
In your daily role, you will monitor production processes, report unsafe conditions, and ensure that operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end production of Extruded Jelly and similar high-tech lines, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Generating reports and addressing breakdown issues promptly with the maintenance team will be key to minimizing production losses.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in an engineering-related field, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. A professional certification in Health, Safety & Environment is a plus. Strong organizational and supervisory skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, are essential. You should be passionate about team development and committed to continuous improvement.
