Your job description includes but is not limited to the following:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
Coordinate with senior management, employees, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Provide support for executive meetings and events.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking and managing documents, records, and databases for the CEO.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Any other Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 4 years experience.
