Job Description

Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans Handle confidential information with utmost discretion Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes ahead of meetings Coordinate and follow up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetings Help plan and execute internal events, board meetings, and strategy sessions Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively solve operational bottlenecks Maintain a clear system for tracking deadlines, goals, and follow-through tasks

Requirements

HND/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field 4+ years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
