Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects and transactions. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Team Leadership: Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including administrative, sales, and customer service staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills. Process Improvement: Analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Develop and implement metrics to measure operational performance, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and other departments. Ensure effective communication with external stakeholders, including clients, realtors and partners. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience in operational management, preferably in real estate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
