This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office, handling both clerical support and essential external logistics (errands and deliveries).
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in an office support or messenger role is an advantage.
Locality: Must be resident within a commutable distance of the office location (Specify area if possible).
Mobility: Must be physically fit and highly familiar with major routes and traffic patterns in Lagos.
Appearance: Maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
Attitude: Must be trustworthy, punctual, and possess a high degree of integrity.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, reception, and common areas.
Manage office supplies inventory; monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Assist with basic clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Provide support to staff with document preparation, binding, and simple administrative needs.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages).
Messenger & Logistics:
Perform timely and safe delivery of documents, packages, and parcels to clients, vendors, and partners across Lagos.
Run official errands as directed, including managing bank transactions, picking up supplies, and other external duties.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, deliveries, and external movements.
Ensure all official vehicles (if applicable) are kept clean and in good working order for short-distance trips.
