The Office Assistant and Janitor is responsible for assisting Staff in running errands and maintaining the cleanliness of the office.

Requirements
Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
Preferably female, between the ages of 23 – 32
Must reside within the Ajah axis and its environs
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience as a cleaner, janitor, or office assistant, with verifiable records or proof of past employment
Possession of basic computer training will be an added advantage
High level of personal hygiene with strong attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of carrying out routine cleaning tasks
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Run errands for Staff within and outside the office when required
Keep the office clean and tidy by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
Ensure office supplies are properly arranged and replenished
Dispose waste properly and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office spaces
Assist with any other tasks assigned by any Staff.
