Oversee the daily operations of all university hostels and residential facilities.
Ensure proper allocation of hostel accommodation to students.
Supervise hostel staff, porters, cleaners, and security personnel.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. (A degree in Hospitality Management or a Facility Management-related course will be an advantage)
Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in hostel, facility, or property management.
Minimum age of 35 as of December 2025
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
Good conflict resolution and communication abilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and facility management standards.
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
High level of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.

Responsibilities
Address student complaints and resolve accommodation-related issues promptly.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security standards are maintained at all times.
Manage hostel inventory, utilities, and facility usage.
Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations and facilities.
Liaise with Student Affairs, Maintenance, and Security departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
