Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager (Product Research) to support product discovery and decision-making through structured research, data analysis, and customer insights. This role is ideal for early-career product professionals who are passionate about understanding users, markets, and business problems before solutions are built. You will work closely with Senior Product Managers, designers, engineers, business teams, and operations to ensure product decisions are evidence-based and aligned with customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Research & Discovery:
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
  • Support market and competitive analysis, tracking fintech trends and competitor offerings
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customer feedback, support tickets, operations teams, and data dashboards
  • Data & Insights:
  • Analyze product usage data to identify patterns, opportunities, and problem areas
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Product Support:
  • Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and problem statements
  • Maintain and update research documentation, insight repositories, and product discovery artifacts
  • Support development with research-backed inputs
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with designers to validate user flows and prototypes
  • Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and assumptions
  • Present research findings and recommendations to product and business stakeholders
