Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience is an advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting. Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews. Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records. Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
