Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders through various channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, the company website, and in-person visits.
• Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate new sales orders.
• Actively promote company products and communicate current promotions to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding the customer base through effective strategies.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide market feedback regarding competitor pricing and trends in customer demand.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; while this is preferred, it is not always mandatory.
