Front Manager / Front Desk Lead

Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and deliver a professional client experience.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, reminders, walk-ins, and enforce booking policies.
• Receive deposits and payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales.
• Manage client flow, resolve complaints, and ensure rebooking where possible.
• Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and report shortages or variances.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss-prevention controls.
• Prepare and send accurate end-of-day reports on sales, bookings, and stock.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in salon, retail, or hospitality operations
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
• Stock control experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience using inventory tools (e.g.
• BoxHero)
• Supervisory experience
• Female only.
