We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Manager to manage front-of-house operations, bookings, payments, stock, and daily reporting while ensuring excellent client experience.
Work Schedule:Tuesday –Saturday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in salon, retail, or hospitality operations
Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
Stock control experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Experience using inventory tools (e.g. BoxHero)
Supervisory experience

Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and deliver a professional client experience.
Handle bookings, confirmations, reminders, walk-ins, and enforce booking policies.
Receive deposits and payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales.
Manage client flow, resolve complaints, and ensure rebooking where possible.
Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and report shortages or variances.
Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss-prevention controls.
Prepare and send accurate end-of-day reports on sales, bookings, and stock.
