Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals. Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services. Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
