Job Description

Location: Onipan, Lagos; Remote (with flexibility across Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia; occasional visits to Lagos Mainland office; must align with CEO’s U.S. time zone) Reporting: This position reports directly to the CEO. Position Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless communication across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, culturally aware, and comfortable working across different time zones.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Project Management softwares,Slack, and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs. Comfortable working across different time zones, including U.S. time zones. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with diverse teams. Experience in Health Tech or Logistics sectors is a plus. Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, travel, and engagements. Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones (Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, and USA). Communication & Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and manage emails, presentations, and other correspondence. Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion. Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and field visits across multiple countries. Be available for occasional visits to the Lagos Mainland office as required. Operations Support: Assist with project tracking, reporting, and operational updates. Liaise with regional teams in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia to facilitate smooth execution of company initiatives. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Support the CEO in personal and professional matters as required. Other Duties: Conduct research, prepare briefings, and provide summaries for decision-making. Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
