Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum Experience: 1 - 2 years’ experience in Social media marketing and Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Innovative and strong drive for achieving results
Excellent Relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social mediaadvertising (across major social media platforms)
Ability to analyse Data, sharing insights for Decision making

Develop and implement digital sales strategies to meet Revenue and Sales targets.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels,and digital campaigns to drive Sales.
Identify and pursue new digital sales opportunities across variousonline platforms.
Analyse customer behaviour and digital sales performance usinganalytics tools.
Collaborate with the Brand team to develop marketing flyers towardscontent creation that will drive customer engagement and in returnSales.
Develop strategies that will drive user experience and improve salesconversion rates.
Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
Provide regular reports on digital sales metrics, Return on investmentsand marketing strategies effectiveness.
Drive Sales from non-digital platforms where digital platforms are notmeeting set targets.
Administrative functions for BPO services (Protocol services, GroundHandling & Facility Management).
