Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to leadand execute online sales strategies, drive customer acquisition throughdigital platforms, and optimize the end-to-end digital sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Sales, Digital innovation & marketing, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to meet Revenue and Sales targets.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels,and digital campaigns to drive Sales.
- Identify and pursue new digital sales opportunities across variousonline platforms.
- Analyse customer behaviour and digital sales performance usinganalytics tools.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to develop marketing flyers towardscontent creation that will drive customer engagement and in returnSales.
- Develop strategies that will drive user experience and improve salesconversion rates.
- Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
- Provide regular reports on digital sales metrics, Return on investmentsand marketing strategies effectiveness.
- Drive Sales from non-digital platforms where digital platforms are notmeeting set targets.
- Administrative functions for BPO services (Protocol services, GroundHandling & Facility Management).
