Job Description

Requirements

Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field Proven experience in customer service is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
