Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other approved channels Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, and general company processes Log, track, and escalate customer complaints or issues where necessary Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback and service-related concerns Uphold company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
