Responsibilities

Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner Respond to customer messages and chats within the approved response time Take and process customer orders accurately Provide correct information about products, prices, promotions, and delivery timelines Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback politely and efficiently Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved Work closely with dispatch, bakery, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when representing the brand.
