Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs
Data entry in various platforms
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND, HND, BSc in any related course with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of social media platforms
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Numeric, oral, and written language applications
Must live within Ogba, Ojodu, Ojota, Ketu, Agege, and Ikeja environs.
