We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sangotedo branch to attend to walk‑in and call‑in customers and support daily branch operations.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field. 1–2 years’ customer service or front-desk experience (logistics/retail is an advantage).
Good communication and people skills.
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/data entry).
Must live in or around Sangotedo/Ajah axis and be willing to work fully onsite, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities
Attend to customers politely and professionally (walk‑in, phone, WhatsApp).
Provide accurate information on prices, services, and delivery timelines.
Open shipments, prepare waybills, and ensure correct documentation.
Follow up on shipments with operations/warehouse and give timely feedback.
Handle basic customer complaints or escalate where necessary.
Keep records and daily reports neatly and accurately.
