Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in Online Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service. Communication: Must be able to write and speak clearly in English and Pidgin. You must be able to type quickly and accurately. Personality: Highly empathetic, patient, and persuasive. You should be comfortable discussing women’s health topics. Tech Skills: Proficient with WhatsApp Business and Meta Business Suite (Instagram/Facebook DMs). Proximity: Candidates must reside in or near Ogba, Lagos (Ikeja, Agege, Berger, etc.) for easy commuting. Gender: Female (Required due to the nature of product consultations)

Responsibilities

Expert Consultation: Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook with empathy and professional health-product knowledge. Sales & Conversion: Use your persuasive skills to close sales and earn commissions on every order generated through your chats. Order Management: Collect customer information, confirm payments, and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries. Relationship Building: Follow up with existing customers to check on their progress and encourage repeat purchases. Problem Solving: Handle delivery delays or customer complaints with a calm and helpful attitude.
