Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling station, including gas dispensing, sales management, and exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, volume, and revenue targets for CNG and related services to drive business growth.
• Supervise, train, and motivate station staff including operators, cashiers, and the support team to ensure high performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, fire safety standards, and compliance with DPR/NUPRC regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Manage inventory effectively, gas stock control, and equipment maintenance to prevent operational downtime or financial losses.
• Maintain station cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall brand presentation to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to build rapport and trust.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational, sales, and financial reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, corporate clients, and local customers to foster business partnerships.
• Implement dynamic promotions and marketing activities to increase station footfall and drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies to uphold industry standards and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum), Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in station management, preferably in CNG, LPG, fuel retail, or the oil & gas downstream sector
• Strong understanding of gas station operations, safety regulations, and compliance with industry standards (DPR/NUPRC)
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic POS/inventory management systems
• Valid driver’s license (an advantage)
• Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferred Skills Previous hands-on experience in managing a CNG or gas retail outlet
• Knowledge of natural gas properties, compression systems, and established safety protocols
• Robust sales and business development capabilities
