The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining proper cash handling procedures and store policies.

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system. Handle cash, card, and other payment methods securely. Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers as required. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist in balancing the cash register at the start and end of shifts. Report any discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious activities to the supervisor. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally.
