We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to join Bevany Resources Limited in Lekki, Lagos. This role focuses on providing in-home support for a young girl with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping her improve her speech, language, and communication skills. You will work closely with the child’s school facilitator, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for her development. As a Speech Therapist, your daily tasks will include conducting assessments to identify communication challenges, developing personalized therapy plans, and implementing various communication strategies tailored to the child's needs. You will also track her progress and provide regular updates to the family and educational team, ensuring a cohesive approach to her therapy. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays. Strong skills in speech and language development, particularly with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, are essential.
