You will also assist in developing robust monitoring plans and support health facilities in addressing identified gaps through regular visits and action plans. To qualify, you should possess a degree in Statistics or a related field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in community-based interventions and data management. Proficiency in database management and statistical software is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
