Job Description

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (an added advantage). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and potential customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
