Sales Representative at a Beauty Retail Store

Industry: Beauty Industry (Perfumes and Skincare Products) TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative for a beauty retail store in Akala, Ibadan. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, enthusiastic about beauty products, and confident in engaging with walkin customers. The ideal candidate should also be able to support basic marketing tasks like creating simple video content and promoting the store online when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and wants to gain experience in the beauty industry while contributing to a growing brand.

1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service Friendly, confident, and able to speak clearly with customers Presentable and well-groomed in line with a beauty brand image Comfortable using social media or phone camera to create basic product content Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision Willing to learn and contribute to a positive team environment. Work Schedule: Days: 5½ days per week Hours: Monday – Saturday9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Day Off: Entitled to one day off weekly.

Welcome and attend to customers in the store, assisting them with product choices and answering questions Provide good customer service and follow up on client inquiries when necessary Promote products and offers to walkin clients to increase instore sales Occasionally create simple video content for social media (e.g, showcasing new arrivals or popular items) Support basic marketing and visibility efforts (e.g, sharing posts, sending product info to potential buyers) Ensure the store is neat, fully stocked, and wellpresented at all times Operate the POS system for billing and issue receipts Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
