B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector. Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Results-oriented and highly driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in driving and a drivers Liences. Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Monitor market trends and deliver actionable intelligence. Represent the company professionally in all engagements. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
