Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing (added advantage) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Target-driven and self-motivated Good interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Must be well-presented and professional Key Skills & Competencies: Sales and negotiation skills Relationship management Excellent communication (verbal & written) Time management and follow-up skills Confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Market and sell company properties to prospective clients Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients Follow up with prospects and convert leads to sales Maintain accurate client and sales records Negotiate sales terms and close deals professionally Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
