We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager at Resurgir Consulting in Abuja to lead our growth initiatives. This dynamic consultancy firm is dedicated to providing top-notch property advisory, cleaning, and fumigation services. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong relationships with clients. You will actively generate leads and convert them into sales, promoting our real estate options and securing contracts for our cleaning and fumigation services. Your day-to-day activities will include negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at client meetings and property inspections. To qualify, you should hold a minimum of a BSc or HND in a relevant field and have proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the real estate or service sectors. You must be proactive, sales-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, as you will need to operate a company vehicle. This full-time position requires flexibility, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary ranges from N120,000 to N150,000 monthly, plus a performance-based commission structure.
