You will conduct regular meetings to keep the team informed about policies and procedures, while also ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues will be a key part of your role, as will maintaining a pleasant and safe dining environment. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage conflicts effectively. A customer-focused mindset and knowledge of food safety regulations are also required. This full-time position entails working Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a competitive salary of ₦150,000 per month.
