Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical or healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Must be resident in any of the above listed locations and familiar with healthcare institutions in the region.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Candidates with prior sales experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Laboratory Equipment is an added advantage.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives within the assigned region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
Ensure brand visibility and market penetration align with organizational goals.
Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and monitor competitors’ activities within the region.
