Requirements
OND / HND / Degree in any field preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English (or relevant language) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails
Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and staff
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where applicable
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Follow company policies and maintain high customer service standards
Maintain a pleasant and professional atmosphere in the waiting area by keeping noise levels low and guiding guests to avoid unnecessary conversations.
