Program Officer for Startup Development - Founders Hub NG

Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver innovative startup programs, including incubation, capacity building, and entrepreneurial initiatives from planning to execution.
• Support startup founders by managing the onboarding process, enhancing engagement, and facilitating access to mentors, resources, and valuable learning opportunities.
• Organize and oversee program activities such as workshops, demonstration days, training sessions, and community networking events.
• Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of programs.
• Track program progress, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on participation, outcomes, and impact assessments.
• Assist with day-to-day program operations, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in a relevant field such as business, social sciences, or program management.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in roles like program coordination, startup support, innovation hubs, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or ecosystem development.
• Strong passion for startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
