You will also be responsible for supervising and training the production team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient resource management. Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related Engineering discipline, with 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in paint or chemical manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of paint formulations and excellent leadership skills are essential. This is a contract position.
