Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to promote Growth Stack’s digital solutions, including ERP and business automation services. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Experience Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a tech, SaaS, ERP, or digital services company Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Marketing Skills: Digital marketing (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO basics) Content creation and storytelling Marketing analytics and reporting CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with Growth Stack’s business goals Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, and paid channels Support go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and services Content & Brand Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications Collaborate with designers and external vendors to produce marketing assets Market & Customer Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategic improvements
