We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Marketing Manager to become the architect of our brand narrative.
This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that elevates our market position, drives revenue across all outlets (rooms, dining, spa, events), and cultivates an aura of exclusive desirability.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller and analytical strategist, with a proven track record in the luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in luxury hospitality, , or high-end lifestyle brands.
Proven portfolio of successful, integrated marketing campaigns that drove measurable business results.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools), CMS, and CRM systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for a luxury audience.
Strong network of media and influencer contacts within the luxury sphere is a significant advantage.
Impeccable taste, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the motivations and behaviors of affluent consumers.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with the hotel's financial and brand objectives.
Conduct ongoing market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify new opportunities for growth and positioning.
Lead the brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency, luxury appeal, and emotional resonance.
Manage and mentor a marketing coordinator/team and collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and F&B departments.
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce:
Own the digital ecosystem: website SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, and online content strategy to drive direct bookings.
Manage the hotel’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on visual storytelling, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, meta, programmatic) targeting high-net-worth individuals and key feeder markets.
Analyze digital performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI, engagement) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Public Relatioons & Communications:
Cultivate and manage relationships with key travel media, journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the luxury space.
Write and distribute press releases, manage media visits, and secure high-quality placements in top-tier publications.
Develop compelling content for brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect the hotel's luxury standard.
Manage crisis communication plans with professionalism and poise.
Creative & Partnerships:
Conceptualize and produce stunning visual assets (photo, video) that capture the essence of the property and its experiences.
Plan and execute exclusive, buzz-worthy promotional events, launches, and activations.
