Litigation Officer at Redswitch Collections in Abuja

We are looking for a Litigation Officer to join Redswitch Collections in Abuja, a firm known for its innovative approach in consultancy. In this role, you will manage litigation and dispute resolution, safeguarding the organization's legal interests while ensuring compliance with court and regulatory processes. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of litigation, from debt recovery to alternative dispute resolution. You will draft and file legal documents, coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies, and maintain detailed litigation trackers. Additionally, you will provide legal advice on product development and customer disputes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or legal practice, preferably within a bank, fintech, or law firm. Strong knowledge of Nigerian civil procedure and excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with legal case management tools will be advantageous. This position offers a salary of N250,000 per month, performance bonuses, and various statutory benefits.
