Requirements
HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years HR experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding of hotel staff
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Manage staff attendance, leave, and shift schedules
Ensure staff adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Assist with payroll preparation and salary administration
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
Support performance appraisal and probation reviews
Coordinate staff training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel regulations
Support management with general HR and administrative tasks.
