A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 years post NYSC experience in HR field Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Understanding of employment law and HR best practices Confidentiality, fairness, adaptability, and people-focused.

Create job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage new hire orientation Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and interpersonal conflicts;advise on policies Organize and deliver training programs;support employee growth Manage payroll, benefits administration, pensions, and ensure fair pay Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment law Monitor staff performance, implement coaching, and manage performance improvement plans Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
