The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, with 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in maintenance planning are essential for success in this role.
