Ascent Resources is actively looking for a Facility Manager to join their team in Lagos. This role is crucial for the management and operational oversight of facilities in the Anthony Village area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of power systems and building maintenance, making this a hands-on position requiring technical expertise. In this role, you will manage all aspects of power infrastructure, including diesel and gas generators, solar systems, and HVAC systems. You will lead the daily operations and maintenance of the facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Regular inspections, timely repairs, and coordination of refurbishment projects will be key parts of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have between 10 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management, with at least 5 years in a senior technical position. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Estate Management, or Facilities Management is required, while a Master's degree or relevant certifications will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent vendor management, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations are essential for success in this role. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦350,000 to ₦450,000 per month, along with comprehensive health insurance and a pension scheme.
